Dave and his team at Wellgroomed demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and a finesse for their craft that really stood out to both myself and my family. Dave’s breadth of knowledge when it comes to the quality of fabric he uses to the way he gets the outfits tailored is, in my opinion, incomparable to other vendors I have ordered from.
I wellgroomed customized my wedding dress and all communication was done online I was a bit nervous at first but everything turned out perfect the way I wanted it to be ! I got so many compliments on my dress . I would definetly recommend wellgroomed !
Dave at Wellgroomed saved my wedding day!! I had ordered my wedding outfits from India. Once I received them, they didn’t use the designs or the colors I had chosen. Needless to say, three weeks before my wedding, I was beginning to panic. Who could possibly make a custom outfit in three weeks? I reached out to Dave whose boutique I had visited on my wedding shopping trip to Surry. The outfits were perfect!
Wow what an amazing experience. My reception outfit was beyond anything I could of dreamed of. I knew I wanted an outfit designed by Dave but wasn't fully aware of all that it entailed. Dave and the team ensured every detail of my outfit was prefect and exactly how I dreamt of my reception to be . I have never received so many compliments or felt more beautiful in my life. "I had best experience hands down with Dave ! He went above and beyond what I expected,my outfit was a Sabyasachi inspired but honestly he did even a better job. I had high expectations was a little high maintenance but honestly he nailed all 3 looks went for! Dave is such a patient and humble man. Over the last year I had the pleasure of getting to no Dave, he designed my wedding outfit and had it ready in 22 days. We had such a great experience we ended up buying all our outfits for my brother in laws wedding from Dave.
Overpriced outfits and bad customer service!! Same outfit at this store for almost 3000 and at another store in same plaza for 1800 almost the half price
Firstly, I would like to Thank you for doing such an amazing job on my outfits. Keeping me in the loop with the designs and in the end giving me two amazing outfits. Knowing my mother, I know she is particular because she knows her material's and the type of embroidery's out there. I had gone to quite a few stores before I walked in at Wellgroomed and Met you Dave. From the material quality to the embroidery the work was amazing. Thank you again Dave for all your hard work, and amazing outfits.
I visited Well Groomed last month for my wedding shopping. I was looking forward to visiting this boutique as I have seen many nice bridal outfits on their website. I was deeply disappointing by their lack of customer service skills. When I was trying my outfits on, the owner of the boutique payed no attention and was on his cellphone the entire time. He showed no interest when I asked him questions. Terrible customer service - DO NOT recommend this store.
Do not go to this place work ethics and custom fitting is a mess. My wife had gone in with my future daughter -in-law to get a custom fit dress.After taking 50% deposit and getting the measurements the dress was a mess with the back higher than the front. The waist was incomplete with his Indian version of a corset! The audacity of him then calling my daughter-in-law and telling her not to bring the mother-in-law took on a whole new meaning.He covered every mistake with an excuse.
Big Thumbs Up for Well Groomed. I ordered my wedding lehenga & was very happy with the work. 1st the lady who works at the store did the sketching to get an idea what i wanted & then, in 3-4 days times i was called again & shown the new sketching done by designer. They kept me in the loop in the whole process & sent me 7 mails at different stages. I told Dave that i want to see the panel before taking the final product, & i was shown the same & asked him to make some changes which he did without creating any fuss. And, i was very happy to see the final product, they not only made the changes which i asked, but also, delivered it with-in 2 months as committed before. I will recommend everyone who is getting married to go n visit him once, believe you me, you will come out satisfied & big burden of the wedding shopping will get lifted from your shoulders. And to Well Groomed, i will suggest them to have an extra Trail Room, as during weekends, customers have to wait to try their amazing outfits, which some people don't like.
