I have shopped at this location for years and have had excellent customer service from all of the staff... the cashiers are friendly and the floor staff are happy to help find products Jim in the pharmacy and all of the other pharmacy staff are efficient and friendly
Horrible customer service dealing with the pharmacy at this Shoppers drug mart location. Specifically in dealing with Jim, a pharmacist at this location. His overall rude and dismissive demeanour in dealing with confusion around a prescription was so off putting that myself and my family will no longer use this location for pharmacy needs. Very disappointing and upsetting seeing as this pharmacy is close to us living in the White Rock community.
Absolutely horrible customer service in the pharmacy specifically. Pharmacists were not helpful and very rude when an issue came up with a prescription, Jim in particular should not be working in the customer service sector, extremely rude and condescending, Jim should not be dealing with customers. I will no longer be using this Shoppers due to the pharmacy.
I like the store set up and customer service is good. Except at times in the beauty boutique. Also they do not keep an adequate stock of Pur product line on hand. Have found this more than once at the Semiahmo mall location.
This store is always clean and well stocked. The customer service is both pleasant and professional. Plus, I love getting my optimum points for shopping.
