Incredibly poor service. They treated me poorly, why dont you listen to your voice mail if you would check you would have known. Blaming me for the tires being late, making an appointment for me without my consent. They didnt care for my business at all. A friend of mine had a similar experience.
After a long morning stuck on the side of a dirt road with 2 flats kal tire fixed up our stem valve and rebeaded the tire and got us back on the road for no charge!

The staff seem to think they are the only tire shop on the planet, if you want business you need to be courteous and reserve some capacity for drop in's. Unfortunately this shop has neither, took my business else where and had my tire serviced the same day
We know there are many options out there fore tire services. We apologize we were unable to assist you when you needed it. Please know that we dedicate a percentage of our time/ labor to tire repairs.

Terrible and rude people! I ordered set of tires for my car Wednesday and I was scheduled Saturday. I went there Saturday just to tell me that they will not gonna have it until Tuesday of next week! That's unacceptable consedering that I cancelled my other things that day and I didn't even get any apology whatsoever.
Never ever make any business to this branch. They are the worst
I was on my way from Whistler this morning and got a flat tire half way - i got to kal tire in Squamish with the donut on right when they opened and they were awesome! It took them about 20 minutes to fix my tire and put it back on and then when I went to pay they said it was complimentary! amazing staff amazing service - really made my day a whole lot better !!
Went in to get winter tires taken off rims and put on summers. Purchased my Tires at kal tire and was told it was covered. Ended up costing $104! In all the years I've had tires put on, I've never paid more than $60. Won't be going back there other than for what's covered under my warranty.
