Checkpoint G A

I was given a price on a brand new Yamaha outboard and told if the price changed I would be notified. Well the price changed and now the want 300 hundred more so guess where I won't be going again.If you don't stand by your pricing you know what else they don't stand by your service.

Terrible shopping experience. Don't go here.

I cannot believe that anybody would ever have a problem dealing with G A Checkpoint. I have delt with Bob for 35 years and never a problem. Over the years I have bought 8 Snowmobles , 2 A T V s. And outboard motors. They are the most honest dealers in B. C. They are the BEST

I purchased a new grizzly 700 that I am very very happy with the machine and the service that Ga checkpoint has provided me.From Mac in sales to Pat in service and Maddy in parts!!! They are an excellent bunch to deal with and will bend over to make you when you leave.Maddy has been a doll helping me find all the accesories that I need and very informative.Pat in service went over my daughters chinese atv while mine was getting a winch installed and found a ton of loose bolts in which he made sure it was safe before it left and didn't charge me!! You will be very happy to deal with them I don't know why the others gave a bad review I'm very happy to deal with my local yamaha deal in Port Moody!!

Went in to buy a inflatable but prices were more than anyware elce. Sleasy sales guy sold me on the zodiac brand but unit had many factory defects... They refused to make the situation right and now i paid for a boat that they have posetion of... My $3,000 loss I guess... You have been warned...

They sold me a br...

They sold me a brand new inflatable boat that leaked from the factory. I brought it back for them to inspect and they told me that the seams were all over welded at the factory. I finally cornered the manager (Brendon Keys) he told me that Zodiacs have no warranty and that he had patched up my boat and to come pick it up. He said he didn't care and he wasn't going to give my money back.

They don't respon...

They don't respond to product inquiries sent in via their product contact page on their website. I stopped in there once to buy bike gear I was totally ignored by the sales staff so I ended up walking out. My husband asked for some information on dingy oar locks and was told he needed to buy a full kit which was priced WAY too high. When he went to install then he found he didn't need all the components the sales person told him he needed. They have Zero customer service skills.
