CAPREIT Tantus Towers

The worst property management company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from any Capreit building. The rental staff are beyond useless if you want anything done other than having your rent increased. These guys were terrible from day 1 and if I had another option I would have taken it. Good luck getting any help outside of Monday to Friday and if you do manage to get help it will be the cheapest possible option and will take months.

Terrible manageme...

Terrible management. They overcharge your rent without notice and say things like "because you have TWO parking spots" (I think I would know if I got another car and another parking spot) Leaves confidential papers outside of the suites. Says it was the manager then changes the story to the "delivery girl" didn't know. Manager speaks over you as if she doesn't want to hear anything or accept fault. Lockers are broken into. You'll be lucky to have dry laundry without using extra money then it states. Save yourself from Un needed stress, and stay away
