Definitely not going to use this company again. My Maytag washer's knob took off and broken, phoned Maytag and ended up one guy was sent by this company. He simply told me----to fix it will cost over $800,and he has no parts, so better to buy a new one, then charged me $159.99+tax and gone. I phoned other company, fixed it with the price waaaay cheaper than them!

Jonathan was prompt, efficient and did a perfect repair. His explanation of each step during the service was also appreciated. Rating out of 10 is a 15+. Thank you Jonathan.

Sent e mail outlining problem on a Stat Holiday. To my surprise, return e mail received within 2 hours, followed by phone call later in the day. Appointment was made for day following. John arrived exactly on time, and efficiently diagnosed the problem and made succinct recommendations for follow-through. Well done, John. I highly recommend his service.
