From Start to Finish I received better then BEST SERVICE - from help in selection to installation, everything went like clockwork. Installer was right on time, completed early and installed floor as tho he was installing in his own home. Clean up was just as good. Thank you Brendan for all the help and GREAT SERVICE. If you want good product and Service, Kelowna End of the Role is where you should go!
We had a terrible experience with this company a year ago ( thus my previous review ). Several months ago I sent Dave the manager an email requesting he reconsider his position. No response, totally ignored. This action supports their company philosophy " make the sale at all costs" and customer service and satisfaction is secondary. See April 2016 review for detail. There are better flooring stores out there to deal with as we found out when we were turned away.
Purchased new floors from End of the Roll in Kelowna a couple of months ago. Just writing this review to say thanks to the staff for their help in selecting my new laminate flooring. We love them! They were more than happy to provide my wife and I with samples that would could bring home and see how we liked them. We looked around at a few places before making our purchase. End of the Roll wasn't the highest rated for the "showroom floor" experience, but they more than made up for it with a nice selection, a good salesperson (MIke) and the price was great!
