ICBC Driver Licensing Office ICBC

Got a licence renewal today at this location . It was very busy and the staff was excellent . Wait time was less than I expected due to efficiency of the staff.

I went to the downtown Kamloops office to turn in my drivers licence and get the ID card etc as I am nearly 80 and have vision problems so have not driven for many months and did phone last month to say I was stopping driving. BUT today my husband was in the hospital for day surgery so I took the opportunity to turn in my licence but then found that the downtown office is now closed. I did manage the long bus ride and walk to the office on Concordia but 99% of seniors could not do it!
