Great Clips

I went there as a walkin seen 2 people waiting, so expected a normal 20-30 minute wait, it tòok them two groups that walked in also to have them finanlly ackowledge me sitting there and when they finanly booked me in they put those groups ahead of me and told me maybe a hoir at this point now. I didnt bother telling them i just walked out. Staff are completely oblivious.

Bad co workers

I would just like to inform the public about the terrible work environment and poor work ethics I observed while at great clips today. There were four stylists on duty , 3 of which were busy at the time when 2 of the girls finished the cuts they were working on they proceded to go to the back and outside to smoke and have lunch. There was a thirty minute wait and all the seats were full of people waiting. The nice young girl was struggling to finish my haircut and book other walk in clients. I was shocked and saddend by how this employee was treated. So beware if you go to greatclips I recommend you ask to have the young girl with the glasses to do your cut she was friendly and very professional !!!!!
