    CAPA has been taken over by investors from States

    I loved Capa Got email from new school opening up for next dance season, same street in the new buildings. Have guaranteed on registration to cover any loss. Not offered by pulse studios who didn't take over capa as planned. this new company looks intense! just what we all need. My review Positive Negative *Classes were very good (sometimes opened late) *Teachers superb (Jazz teacher would gossip) *Kids were happy (company students were favoured) *Glorious costumes (on expensive side) *Office hours were useful ( communication was lax) *Performances outstanding(preview show not enough seats)

    Terrible Service

    1. CAPA started to charge me for the classes without my permission 2. Charged the registration fee twice 3. Despite multiple call the manager never called back 4. CAPA did not stop charging me even after cancellation of their services 5. Terrible service - the classes were cancelled without any notification, with a reschedule to a different day and time 6. Even after sending the complain none of the managers called/emailed back . Unprofessional, no commitment to the customers, low service. Do you want to put your money into such business?
