Extremely slow service. Mark doesn't seem to be organized and waiting one month, with two phone calls to his office, finally found out it had been completed but still had to be signed and returned to his office for submission via email. This was a very simple tax return prepared on behalf of my 98 year old mother who was used to dealing with H&R Block with instant filing and refund on the spot.
