Aaron Taxi

Not even worthy of 1star. I ordered a cab roughly 4:00pm . They tell me half hour. I get a phone call telling me 5-8 min . Then a text saying 6 min. I go outside and no cab. I call in and dude tells me to call the head office at 780-459-5050. Not even their cab company . Then another text saying 23 min (18min) ago. Then I call in again and they claim to been calling me (impossible) and tell me another 40 mins. Worst service I have ever come across . Ridiculous

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE... We tried to use Tapp Car last night at the Edmonton International Airport. When we arrived in Edmonton, the plane was about 10 minutes late. We got some sort of message that we could not hear or understand when we called the number back, no answer. We called TAPP and they told us that the driver had taken another fare. We tried the various numbers and they went to voice mail. These guys will leave you stranded... hope it is not 30 below zero. NOT RELIABLE!!!
