The only reason why I gave 1 Star is because I can’t give zero. This registration is the epitome of a bad business. Bad customer care misinformed about staff that they deal with almost everyday and to be honest I have no idea how they have managed to stay open up to now. The management needs to be changed and give room to someone better with better understanding of running such kind of business.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. The clerks are so mean and snoudy. One kept saying" if you have any fines you can't renew your licence". Even though I kept telling her I didn't, she said it 3 times. I waited 5 minutes as two clerks talked to each other. Lovely, will never go there again.

The location and office space is very nice. The two gals that I dealt with were not friendly, helpful or service oriented. I won't ever step foot in this registry again.
