Rick and the boys down at Jiffy Lube in Leduc are stand up folk, I always enjoy coming in and having work done on my car. Their service is fast, effictiant and very friendly. I highly recommend anyone to go give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. :)
Rad Flush but it did not clean the lines to the heater core and the heater core was 95% plugged. The senior man said hes has 30 years experience but in doing what?, who knows??, After i left, i had to manually clean the heater core, plus the lines to it, and now i have heat. I told them that the heater core was the main issue, it was a waste of money!! As far as i am concerned they should not be doing any rad flushes and they do not listen to customer, but just what they need for money.
Well, this location has not improved since April 2015. I left there this morning and checked my oil after breakfast before hitting the highway only to find that they filled my oil way over full. I went back to the shop right away and the staff argued with me until they admitted to putting over half a litre more than my vehicle takes. They finally agreed to drain some so it was below the max line clearly marked on the dip stick. Also found my air filter housing improperly installed.
Shouldn't have to inspect your vehicle after paying a high cost ($140) for an oil change. At this location you do. I removed one (1) litre of oil from my vehicle one (1) week after said oil change, resulting in irreparable damage to my catalytic converter. When I had returned to have one (1) litre of oil removed the tech said my oil was at the correct level. I pretty much had to teach him what hatchmarks were on the dip stick.
Poorly trained, over priced, be aware, avoid.
