Typically I dont write reviews, but these guys helped me out of a pinch so Im super appreciative. Basically I called very short notice and told them I had no wiggle room. They made my problem THEIR problem and helped me get to my destination not only on time, but EARLY! Highly recommend!

Great civil servant. We noticed how this company is trying to help with the wildfire disaster. We were In Edmonton for a convention and were pleased with the nice vehicles and friendly service.
Never will I take this taxi service again. I looked on the website prior to calling. It said $30 to Sherwood park. Well the destination I was going to is listed as a Sherwood park address as well as can be found as an Edmonton address depending on where you look (google maps, etc)
Once I got to my destination the driver said okay $55. No where on the site did it say $55. Fort Saskatchewan to the airport is only $65. I had to pay him the $55 he damanded. I had a terrible experience with my driver and never will it reccomend or use this taxi service again
Not only did I have to fight with them over the prices "ANYWHERE IN TOWN FOR 8$" they also would not pull closer to my front door as I have problems walking and it was very icy out.
I would like to take the opportunity to than Aspen Taxi for their professionalism over this heavy snowfall period. We required vans daily for our workers day and night, and you did not fail to deliver. It is beneficial to know from a business perspective that Aspen Taxi have the most vans in the fort, as our company is just based out of fort and it was more value for money using vans.Thank You for setting up our account for future
Easily the worst cab company in the fort. Several times I have been charged more than $10 to travel in the fort. As well as there have been multiple times where they had no change so they only gave me $5 back instead of $10. A few of their drivers have been extremely rude to me as well.
I have just started using this Taxi company for my business and personal use and must say their prices are most competitive and their wait times are very minimal compared to other cab companies, especially at night.My clients speak very highly of their drivers and service.
I have been a customer of Aspen Taxi for a couple of years now and had no issues until yesterday. My friend, who is visiting from Winnipeg, needed to go to the hospital. I could not go with him because I had chemo. Aspen's rate is $10 one way. However, once the cab driver found out that my friend was from out of town, they charged him $15. I am very upset and will never use their service again. Very dishonest and money hungry!
