To preface, my family has used Jay's services for years. The most recent service was very disappointing. While doing seasonal tire change, my vehicle was damaged by Jay or his assistant, with a new dent and fresh paint scratch in the side panel over the wheel. Not only did he neglect to inform me of the damage, but also denied any fault when directly confronted. He was condescending and did not make any attempt to offer a solution.
