Karry did a perfect job of calculating measurements for the carpet I wanted as a matter of fact it ended up being cheaper than I initially calculated. A nice bonus. The carpet layers were very quick and efficient and did a great job.
I went to End of the Roll for new laminate flooring. The initial process worked well. A bit more than I expected, but seemed reasonable. We finally agreed to a quote (which was after their measurer came out and did the proper measurements for the areas we stated we wanted done), & agreed to the price. On Day 2 of installation, got a call from Aaron the manager stating we had to buy more as they miscalculated. $964 more to be exact. When asked how does this happen, he said "Well, its not my fault
