Ben and Karen Quach have always loved cooking. For Ben, decades of experience in the cooking industry have solidified his love for the culinary trade, while Karen has always enjoyed testing new recipes on her husband and children. Now, working together in Top Noodle, they are both doing what they love.
“I started off at the Four Seasons Hotel in 1984. This is my fourth restaurant and they have all been different,” Ben says. “I’ve owned a Chinese restaurant, a Western fare place and even a pizza delivery van.”
“For myself,” Karen explains. “I like to see someone happy after they eat my cooking. I’m always trying different recipes and new ingredients, so my family always wanted me to serve people my food. With Top Noodle, I get my chance to serve everyone my Vietnamese cooking.”
Great food for a great price. Nothing on the menu exceeds 10 dollars. The service creates a friendly atmosphere that is always welcoming anyone at anytime. A great restaurant to enjoy lunch or dinner, no matter the occasion. If you live in the area, I recommend this restaurant to you. You'll miss out on great food if you do not give this restaurant a try.
